Golden Visa

Spain Overview

Spain is the most popular holiday destination within the European Union. A large British expat community and a growing Dutch, German and Scandinavian expat community are all well established in areas like Costa Blanca (Javea, Moraira, Alicante, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, La Zenia …) and the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Ibiza…), which they share and enjoy with the local population. The popularity of Spain is no surprise, with a very relaxed and enjoyable lifestyle, fresh local Mediterranean diet and over 300 days of sunshine annually. The World Health Organisation has even recognised Costa Blanca North as one of the healthiest places in the world in which to live, with an average annual temperature of 20°C. Spain, and the Mediterranean in particular, has the highest average life expectancy among EU countries. Having a dream home by the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying the idyllic lifestyle and spending time with your family is priceless. Cities like Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Granada or Bilbao are ideal for a short holiday within the country.
